What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, intimate items, beauty products, custom products, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Are return shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
