Where do you ship?

The Cozy Key Store currently ships throughout the United States, with select international shipping options available depending on product availability and supplier restrictions.

How long does shipping take?

Most standard U.S. orders are processed within 1–5 business days and delivered within approximately 5–14 business days. Some overseas or specialty items may take longer.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or supplier processing times.

Will I receive tracking information?

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some items may ship separately depending on supplier location, inventory availability, or fulfillment partner.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, expedited shipping options may not be available for all items.

Do you offer free shipping?

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Current promotions will be displayed on the website when available.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, intimate items, beauty products, custom products, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Are return shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
